Rehearsal for the Graduation

Though it's holiday but it has been a busy week for me. We were summoned to school for the graduation rehearsal, since it's a graduation which is a very significant event for learners/students, I just don't get why the school never organize such an event properly and lavishly.
Our graduation will be held on May 8th, earlier than what I've expected. Actually I'd like it to be on June but that's not my turn to decide. I'm so dissapointed it's on May! Well, to me a graduation is a major event in life, my life.

A while ago when I wanted to sign in to blogger my password was not accepted. I wonder what's wrong. I kept on trying the password but was not accepted. I'm very sure there are no errors. What could be wrong, could someone have messed up my account? Likely so, and I ended up resetting a new password which is also the previous password.
I helped Justin to change his blog template and I ended up not changing a bit thing at all. I was so fed up, all the skins that I looked for were so gruesome. So, Juzz if you're reading , look for the skin that you like first and then tell me, ok??

Nelly's birthday is on tomorrow (Saturday) Labour's Day. She will be celebrating at Harbour Bay and Hermanto's birthday which is on the 6th shall celebarte on the 2nd of May (Sunday).

I met my prospective cousin-in-law yesterday. Yeah, my uncle's girl's nephew. So he's my cousin, am i right? SAd to say, another kiddy! Almost 70% of my cousins are toodlers or younger than me. Let me count how many are those older than me,, (counting) uhm total of 7, yeah sadly to say only 7 of them. 3 are of the same age with me and these cousins are only from paternal and maternal side. See? there's only 7........

huh......
Even breathing is exhausting for me nowadays
Sorry for the ungrateful attitude

Hawking: Aliens may pose risks to Earth

Astrophysicist says extraterrestrials likely exist, but could be dangerous.

LONDON - British physicist Stephen Hawking says aliens are out there, but it could be too dangerous for humans to interact with extraterrestrial life.

Hawking claims in a new documentary titled "Into the Universe With Stephen Hawking" that intelligent alien life forms almost certainly exist — but warns that communicating with them could be "too risky."

"We only have to look at ourselves to see how intelligent life might develop into something we wouldn’t want to meet," Hawking said. "I imagine they might exist in massive ships ... having used up all the resources from their home planet. Such advanced aliens would perhaps become nomads, looking to conquer and colonize whatever planets they can reach.”

The 68-year-old scientist said a visit by extraterrestrials to Earth might well be like Christopher Columbus arriving in the Americas, "which didn't turn out very well for the Native Americans."

He speculated that most extraterrestrial life would be similar to microbes, or small animals. Microbial life might exist far beneath the Martian surface, where liquid water is thought to trickle through the rock. Marine creatures might also conceivably live in huge oceans of water beneath a miles-thick layer of ice on Europa, a moon of Jupiter.

But if a scientific census could be extended beyond our solar system to the rest of the Milky Way and beyond, the odds in favor of life's existence rise dramatically, Hawking said.

"To my mathematical brain, the numbers alone make thinking about aliens perfectly rational," he said. “The real challenge is to work out what aliens might actually be like."

Hawking said an attack by interstellar predators is just one of the dismaying possibilities in the search for intelligent life beyond Earth. Another possibility is that intelligence itself might be inimical to life. Hawking pointed out that humanity has put itself on the edge of its own destruction by creating nuclear bombs and other weapons of mass destruction.

"If the same holds for intelligent aliens, then they might not last long," he said. "Perhaps they all blow themselves up soon after they discover that E=mc2. If civilizations take billions of years to evolve, only to vanish virtually overnight, then sadly we've next to no chance of hearing from them."

Hawking has become one of the world's best-known scientists — not just because of his theoretical work on cosmology and black holes, but also because he has achieved so much while coping with a paralyzing neural disease for most of his life. In recent years he has become a prominent advocate for space travel, contending that humans must journey into the heavens and going through zero-gravity training himself.

"Into the Universe With Stephen Hawking" had its television premiere in the United States on the Discovery Channel on Sunday, and is due for broadcast in Britain next month.

Hmmm.... I'm really enjoying my holiday and that's a must!
Because such kind of holidays are RARE!

My sis introduced a website to me ' omegle.com ' talk to starangers!
Actually it's quite fun to chat with these strangers, no details at all about you or the stranger. So it's quite safe to play.
I got to know a 20year-old korean male. At first I doubt he's a korean since there are so many Korea fanatics. After he gave me his e-mail address and I added him on my MSN I found out he's really a korean.

Today while playing games, an ad. appear before me. "Play a game to win Canon IXUS130". Since it was 130is, I ignored it at first. When i re-read 'play a game', I suddenly have the urge to try so I clicked on the ad.
Then I try to play the game. At first, second and third attempt, I still had no idea how to play, then my lil bro suggested a way and I tried and I succeed...
I was so happy you know. I filled in those enquiries with a very eager and i-hope-i'm-the-winner state.
Ah, may I be able to win the Canon IXUS 130.
I want to tell Jacq, if you're reading you might want to try your luck too. Who knows you could win it. Try looking for canon singapore page and click links of 130is. I lost the web address.
Act quickly, cos it lasts till April 30, 2010.

My current 4 wishes are:
1. CONFIDENTIAL
=it doesn't concern anyone, only I myself can work for it.

2. GET 34,00 IN THE UN AVERAGE RESULT
=ease my father's burden and make my parents proud.
I get irked at the thought of having to pay so much money to that garbage-facility school.

3. MY 2ND AUNT AND HER FAMILY WILL BE ABLE TO COME BACK ON TIME TO ATTEND MY UNCLE'S WEDDING!
=they said 2nd aunt might not beable to come back on time for the wedding, and I heard that if we want to wait for her then we'll have to wait for another 5days if I'm not mistaken. It's just 5 days, but my uncle doesn't want. He said it's too long. Cih, 5 days in a blink is just like 2 seconds! Well, I can't comment on it, since it's his wedding so it's his decisions to everything:P

4. WIN THAT CANON IXUS 130!
=can save me from spending hundreds of dollars to buy a camera. By winning this, I believe I'll be so damn happy! One of my desires will be fulfilled then.:D

I'm willing to lose that canon if they can come back on time. But one dissapointment is that I won't be able to take their pictures, my chubby cousins.
There are 2 reasons that urged me to have a camera. First it's because my uncle's wedding. By then there will be so many events and I can took pics for memories.
SEcond is that I'm graduating! I hope to take my graduation pictures with my families and friends!

Allright, I want to play games now
Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

celebration of 40 years earth day

Allright, today is the celebration of 40years of Earth Day. When it comes to earth day it concerns majorly of our living environment.
Climate change , global warming have surely made quite large impacts toward us. Try to observe the weather, it's getting worse and worse like man always trying to progress and progress.
Watched a documentary entitled 'The Age of Stupid', I can't decribe what it's like so here's a the sypnosis since I can't write well.

'The Age Of Stupid is the documentary-drama-animation hybrid from Director Franny Armstrong (McLibel, Drowned Out) and Oscar-winning Producer John Battsek (One Day In September, Live Forever, In the Shadow of the Moon).

Oscar-nominated Pete Postlethwaite (In The Name of the Father, Brassed Off, The Usual Suspects) stars as an old man living in the devastated world of 2055. He watches 'archive' footage from 2008 and asks: Why didn't we stop climate change when we had the chance?

Runaway climate change has ravaged the planet by 2055. Pete plays the founder of The Global Archive, a storage facility located in the (now melted) Arctic, preserving all of humanity's achievements in the hope that the planet might one day be habitable again. Or that intelligent life may arrive and make use of all that weve achieved. He pulls together clips of archive news and documentary from 1950-2008 to build a message showing what went wrong and why. He focuses on six human stories:

- Alvin DuVernay, is a paleontogolist helping Shell find more oil off the coast of New Orleans. He also rescued more than 100 people after Hurricane Katrina, which, by 2055, is well known as one of the first major climate change events.

- Jeh Wadia in Mumbai aims to start-up a new low-cost airline and gets a million Indians flying.

- Layefa Malemi lives in absolute poverty in a small village in Nigeria from which Shell extracts tens of millions of dollars worth of oil every week. She dreams of becoming a doctor, but must fish in the oil-infested waters for four years to raise the funds.

- Jamila Bayyoud, aged 8, is an Iraqi refugee living on the streets of Jordan after her home was destroyed - and father killed - during the US-led invasion of 2003. Shes trying to help her elder brother make it across the border to safety.

- Piers Guy is a windfarm developer from Cornwall fighting the NIMBYs of Middle England.

- 82-year-old French mountain guide Fernand Pareau has witnessed his beloved Alpine glaciers melt by 150 metres.

Guys, now we have the chance!
let us the young generation help in preserving the earth to be a habitual place for every living things. Let's do something to preventive.
Here's some green tips:

1. Skip the bottled water

* Use a water filter to purify tap water instead of buying bottled water. Not only is bottled water expensive, but it generates large amounts of plastic container waste.
* Bring a reusable water bottle, preferably aluminium rather than plastic, with you when travelling or at work. This also applies to buying coffee.

2. Borrow instead of buying

* Borrow from libraries instead of buying personal books and movies. This saves money, not to mention the ink and paper that goes into printing new books. Download from bit torrent. Go paperless and wireless.

3. Less petrol means more money

* Shake those legs! Walk or bike to work. This saves on petrol, and parking costs while improving your cardiovascular health and reducing your risk of obesity.
* Consider telecommuting if you live far from your work. Or move closer. Even if this means paying more rent, it could save you money in the long term.

4. Make your own cleaning supplies

* The big secret: you can make very effective, non-toxic cleaning products whenever you need them. All you need are a few simple ingredients like baking soda, vinegar, lemon, and soap.
* Making your own cleaning products saves money, time, and packaging-not to mention your indoor air quality. It’s fun!

5. Eat smart

* If you eat meat, add one meatless meal a week. Meat costs a lot at the store-and it’s even more expensive when you consider the related environmental and health costs.
* Buy locally raised, humane, and organic meat, eggs, and dairy whenever you can. Purchasing from local farmers keeps money in the local economy.

6. Think before you buy

* Go online to find new or gently used second-hand products. Discover vintage. Whether you’ve just moved or are looking to redecorate, consider a service like yahoo classifieds or ebay to track down furniture, appliances, and other items cheaply or for free. This is especially true for baby’s toys and accessories.
* Check out garage sales, thrift stores, and consignment shops for clothing and other everyday items.

7. Save energy to save money

* Use fans whenever possible; air conditioning units are huge energy eaters.
* Install compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) when your older incandescent bulbs burn out.
* Unplug appliances when you’re not using them. Or, use a “smart” power strip that senses when appliances are off and cuts “phantom” or “vampire” energy use.
* Wash clothes in cold water whenever possible. As much as 85 percent of the energy used to machine-wash clothes goes to heating the water.
* Use a drying rack or clothesline to save the energy otherwise used during machine drying.

8. Buy smart

* Buy in bulk. Purchasing food from bulk bins can save money and packaging.
* Wear clothes that don’t need to be dry-cleaned. This saves money and cuts down on toxic chemical use.
* Invest in high-quality, long-lasting products. You might pay more now, but you’ll be happy when you don’t have to replace items as frequently.

9. Save water to save money

* Take shorter showers to reduce water use. This will lower your water and heating bills too. Take cold showers whenever possible; avoid baths.
* Install a low-flow showerhead. They don’t cost much, and the water and energy savings can quickly pay back your investment.
* Avoid using a dishwasher; soap plates without using the tap and then rinse sparingly.
* Wash your car as sparingly as possible; commercial carwashes have a tendency to waste large amounts of water though some do use recycled water.

10. Keep electronics out of the trash

* Keep your cell phones, computers, and other electronics as long as possible.
* Donate or recycle them responsibly when the time comes. E-waste contains mercury and other toxics and is a growing environmental problem.
* Recycle your cell phone.
* What items can and can’t be recycled; lobby to have a recycling bin in your area.

oh it's been quite sometime since i last wrote in here...
Holiday began last week till June probably. I enjoy this holiday so much, though I only stays at home laze around, watch tv&dvds and go on the net.
A lot of things I want to write here but I don't know where to start...

April 10,2010.(for more linked stories go to www.juzzjuzz.blogspot.com)
It was Chris and Viky's birthday celebration. We had meals at pizza hut, since it was history that happened 8days ago, so I can't remember much about it.
In the morning we the girls, jacq, phin, vi, pris, lee and I went to Rachel's place to swim. It was raining, so we hardly swim for the whole morning.I and vivi walked a long journey to rachel's place. And I can only remember, I saw him at 29 playing billiards. This time it's not just a glance but a stare. Not anymore for seconds but minutes. Right then, one of Fish Leong's lyrics really suits me singing:
The furthest distance on earth is not life and death
But when I'm just right infront of you and you don't know I love you

And my uncle is getting married! On this coming June, I'm getting myself a pretty aunt./ And my 2nd aunt from Taiwan is coming back too, this June.. aaahh I miss my taiwan cousins and cousins at here too. Those plump toodlers, I haven't seen them for so long, drats they might have forgotten me.
Last night I dreamt of him again, this time it's not like the usual sweet dreams I've always had but it's a bad dream that really broke my heart. Though it's just a dream but the feeling is so genuine. I can feel my heart breaking-

Few days ago someone texted me. He asked me something which I only want the people that I cherish a lot to ask me. How brazen of him to ask me this, that was what in my mind whe I first saw his question. Were we even that right from the start?
I don't know why but now the sight of him really irks me. If I could I'd stay as far as possible away from him. This is so ridiculous.

My sis's friend lent her a novel, she seemed so get-into-it when reading. Out of curiosity, I borrow the book and read and as I kept on reading I realized I'm already at page 70.
I never like reading comics or novelsbut to think in just an instant I'm already at pg70.
This is the 2nd novel that I read, the first one was 'David Copperfield' by Charles Dickens.

yay! I'm going swimming tomorrow morning! At Rachel's place with probably Vivi, Jacq, Pris & Phin! I'm so head over heels. I'm going to practise my 'Yenny-jump into the pool moves'. Let's introduce them:
1.divers jump
2.irritated octopus jump
3.floral swirls
4.ballerina breakdown
5.top of to undergound
Those are the first 5 jumping moves I created, they're a childish moves actually and not recognized. That why I say it's my own created jumping moves. After perfecting them tomorrow, I'm going to create more moves! I must work out an extreme tomorrow.:D
The weather today is nasty but I'm feeling good......

And Christina with Viky shall be celebrating their birthdays together tomorrow too. I'm not sure if I'll go. Still it depends on my mood, if I'm feeling good then I'll attend. I want to buy 2 rings that I saw in the net. One is wing-shaped and the other is a black star. I really love it but I'm still considering about it. I'm afraid when it is delivered to me, the goods won't look the same. Shall I buy?
Oh yeah, there's no class today and we'll be having US on Monday. Freaked out! Why are the exams not yet over?!? Exams are such a pain in the neck.
I wanna continue 'Iris' soon. I have watched till ep. 6 and stopped cos I want to edit the audio and subtitles. I can't undersatnd the mandarin so I need the subtitle. I can't open the DVD in computer while on the DVD player, the remote broke down.
Ok, I'm turning in now.
Good Night!

embarassing moment

This morning was so embarassing! Know what?!? I slipped at the stairs! It's fine if I just fell but all the seniors are infront and back of me! Grief, it was so embarassing. I quickly dashed to the room and felt that I must had been laughed at.
Ahh!!! Entered the class and told Vivi about it. She laughed at me;;
Actually I had forgotten about this incident.

The practical tests begu today. I started with music, playing the keyboard and singing one of the national songs. I'm not good in keyboard, I played 'Jinggle Bells', that was such a kiddy play but I tuned it the wrong way. The teacher seemed dissapointed. A big girl like me still can't play the 'Jinggle Bell' well. Next is the singing. I think I sang quite well, no errors and the teacher seemed to be enjoying my singing. hahahah:D
And next was the Bahasa PT, I waited for approximately an hour before my name was called. My task was to read the UUD 1945 and I got 22/28.
Justin scored 20/28 and he's blowing his top. hehe I'm higher.
After the bahasa thingy, I left to home.
Tomorrow will be having the Religion and Eng PT.
I'm ahaving a hard time memorizing the Parittas, I'm going mad!!

I've been having aches at the tummy and stomach these few days, I wonder what's wrong with me. Could I really be down with illnesses??
Went to the dentist in the evening and waited for another hour before it's my turn, today I had wasted a precious 2 hours.
I changed my ligatures to purple, love it!

And not to forget, Happy Birthday my sista!
here's for you and your favorite:

My sis celebrated her birthday in advanced today. She treated her friends to meal. Her birthday is on the 6th of April, since it's on Wednesday so she advanced it.

I'm so fed up! My appointments are always cancelled. If my appointment will be cancelled again next Monday, I don't want to go anymore!

I love weekends! But there are not much tv shows on weekends. Most of the shows are boring. Today was the last episode for 'Couple or Trouble' that I watched on channel U. Then ending is quite ok.
I also started to watch 'Iris', the drama episodes that I borrowed from her and I'm lovin' it though I had just finished 2 episodes. Stories of agents+romance which will end with a sad ending is my favorite!
Allright, I gotta go and continue my 'Iris'.

better late than never!

Oh my God!
I actually had forgotten that it was my ko's birthday!
His birthday falls on the Fool's Day which was yesterday April 1st.
So here I am wishing him a Happy Birthday!

Happy Brithday, brother!
Best Wishes just for you..
An electronic card wishes for him.
Since I don't know how to use the photoshop, so I used the paint tool.
I know maybe it looks awful but just a little something. My bro probably won't be viewing my blog anyways.
The whole post today is just specially for me to wish him a Happy Birthday!

And we also bought his birthday cake which is as well as my lil sis's.
My lil sis's birthday also falls on this month, I'll wish her by then when her birthday comes.

Finally I'm breathing a fresher air!
No more hesitation in playing and worrying for the exams!
Today was the last day for UN, and what's left is the US. It might not pose a problem, I guess.
These 4 days have been quite a easy days for me. Only that Bahasa is a bit different from the usual and it's harder. Gladly to say, I did not cheat nor 'consult'. The same way goes to English too. As for matematika, I was so damn happy!
I kept on smiling while doing the papers, sit comfortably and nothing but grinning from the top till the bottom. I'm not being anything here, but honestly the mtk was very easy. If I ever will get an unsatisfying mark, I'm gonna bang my head.
And as for today which is the IPA, I did some cheating. Well, actually it is not cheating. My definition of cheating is peeping at other's works without their permission and doing it on the sly. I didn't do that but I asked for the answers.
I 'consulted' some mates for 6 items, ask for answers for 2 items and clarified 2-3 items. I will remember this sin I made and I'll pay for it!
Still I hope I can pass with flying colours. May I be able to get a total of 34!
Though I know it seems quite impossible but as the saying says "If you don't have a dream, then you won't have adream coming true."

I had a terrible tummyache at 3 am last night. For Goodness sake, this is the worst tummyache I ever had and the longest one. The pain was just so unbearable. I though it was because of my full bladder, then when I went to empty my bladder and there's not much.
I returned to sleep, what was on my mind is the IPA exams that I'm gonna take the next morning. Thinking of it made my tummy even ached more.
I tried to sleep but I just can't sleep. The pain was getting worse, I can't bear it. I left the room and took a bottle of oil from my mom's room. I rubbed it on my tummy and back to sleep. This time I was able to to sleep but still there's the pain.
Till the daylight my tummy still aches, my tears almost drop too. It was too painful. The pain gradually fade during the IPA exam and which the pain lasts for 6hours.
This is the first time, the worst of all and I hope it shall be the last time.
Till now the pain is still there if I ever move around. I still don't know what's the cause of this tummyache. I wonder if it's the symptomps of stomach or intestines or whatsoever organ near the tummy cancer. Or my intestines got tied up cos I ate too much? Or is it because I kept on holding my bladder? Or too much chilies?
hmm, If I'm down with those illnesses I won't know what to do anymore....

Went out with friends today after the exam. My intentions of going out were to buy gifts for the birthday girl and boy and my favorite MILK. It's the 2nd time we hang out with Agus and what's amazing is he was the one who asked us out. We also watched;

It's quite nice, rate it 3.9/5

I had a hard time buying those gifts and in the end I and Juzz decided to buy that something for the birthday girl, Nelly is also included in the gift. I can't find a suitable gift for the birthday boy, there's nothing to choose and buy. Vivi had planned to buy that something for the birthday boy but after I and Juzz made our remarks, she decided not to buy. I'll buy the gift next time if I ever have the chance.
And one good news is that my phone bills for March was just RP 25.310.
I scrimped and save to reduce to that little amount. Usually the rates are Rp50.000-60.000. I felt great saving money for my daddy:D
And I'm ssooo iinn lloovveee wwiiithh Justin Bieber's!!!!
His songs are so pleasant and he has a nice voice there...

~
AND it's April Fool's today!
